Episode 222 - Where the Spirit Led, Channeling, Past Lives, and the Coming New Age

In this episode we speak

with Brad Burkholder, spiritualist, author, poet, and retired English professor. Brad’s work explores connections between Mary Magdalene, King Arthur, Christianity, aliens, nature, and the divide between science and religion. He shares how he met Yvonne, a channel for the spirit guide Raymoth, in the late 1990s while seeking help for a troubled relationship. Over time, Brad became Raymoth’s student, eventually marrying Yvonne, with whom he shared over twenty years of life, farming, and spiritual exploration. Though now separated, they remain close, and Brad continues to receive guidance from Raymoth through her channeling. He describes his first reading as a profound experience that offered answers to lifelong questions about God, reincarnation, and past lives—an experience that set him on the spiritual path he still follows today.

Brad Burkholder

At 24 years old, Brad Burkholder narrowly escaped death in a motorcycle accident when an unseen force guided him away from certain impact. Decades later, the spirit guide Ramoth revealed why—Brad had been spared for a greater spiritual purpose. That revelation transformed his life and set him on a path of seeking, listening, and sharing spiritual wisdom.

Born in Roanoke, Virginia, Brad grew up with a natural sensitivity to the unseen world, from early ghostly encounters to a youthful desire to become a preacher. Instead, he became a poet and college professor, dedicating his career to teaching English and creative writing. Yet beneath it all, he carried big questions about God, life, and the soul that ordinary answers couldn’t satisfy.

Poetry became his gateway to the spiritual realm. Writing “for God first, the dead poets second, and everyone else third,” Brad has honed his craft into both devotion and discovery, even inventing his own poetic form. Since 1997, his journey with Ramoth has intertwined poetry and spirituality, offering him a lens through which to explore reincarnation, divine purpose, and the mysteries of life. Today, Brad continues to share the insights of that journey, weaving together story, spirit, and verse to guide others on their own path of awakening.

ree

In Where the Spirit Led, Brad Burkholder shares the story of five people—guided by the channeled spirit Ramoth—who discover their shared past lives at key moments in history and their present mission to help prepare for a new age. Blending memoir and spiritual teaching, Burkholder explores Mary Magdalene’s hidden role, the legend of King Arthur, the roots of Christianity, and the divide between science and religion. He also reflects on the nature of aliens, demons, and his own path as a reincarnated poet. Thought-provoking and deeply personal, this book invites readers to reconsider history, spirituality, and their own higher purpose.
